  • Initial intake/Diagnostic evaluation: $150

If you have insurance that Meredith Mental Health Counseling, PLLC is not in network with, contact your insurance company to ask what coverage your plan offers for out-of-network mental health benefits; they may cover a portion of your bill. A superbill, or receipt, is available for these purposes.

I am currently using Alma to verify insurance and conduct my billing. Upon entering your insurance information via a link sent using your email address, your insurance will be verified and your estimated co-payment, if any, will be determined.

Good Faith Estimate

You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. This requires healthcare professionals to provide uninsured or self pay clients a “good faith estimate” for the cost of their health care prior to receiving services. This will show the cost of items or services reasonably expected at the time of your service. If you receive a bill for more than $400 above the estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Please Note

Full payment is required at the time of service. If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24-hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation within 24-hours will result in a 100% charge.
