If Meredith Mental Health Counseling, PLLC does not contract with your insurance company, I am considered “out–of–network.” Most health insurance plans provide some form of coverage for outpatient psychotherapy.

For out-of-network, many plans require the client to pay a deductible; once the deductible is reached, the plan will reimburse a certain percentage of the fee. Be aware it is customary deductibles reset the beginning of each calendar year.
